JAI at a Four-Hands Collaboration Dinner by Chef Tam & Chef Evens
On 8 October 2025, JAI brought together two of our founding members for an ultra-exclusive, one-night-only four-hands collaboration dinner with Chef Tam Chudaree of Baan Tepa—two Michelin stars and Asia’s Best Female Chef 2025—and Chef Evens Lopez, Executive Chef of Blue by Alain Ducasse.
The dinner took place at Blue by Alain Ducasse, set along the Chao Phraya River, where guests enjoyed the calm river view throughout the evening. Thai and French cuisines came together through the distinct styles of both chefs, creating a menu that felt thoughtful, balanced, and memorable.
JAI members were among the few who had the chance to experience this rare collaboration—sharing good food, meaningful conversations, and a moment that felt quietly special. Every dish was carefully prepared, and the flavors spoke for themselves.
